    I wish I could leave zero stars. Someone by the name of Jose came out to fix a heating problem with my dryer. He took the whole thing apart fixed the issue, but created another one. We were charged a service fee with Puls by credit card, and Jose told us he only accepts cash for his services. I have been trying to reach out to the company to get him back out to fix the problem. I’ve been told the same thing for the last 5 days, “we are trying to get in contact with him. I was told on yesterday I will receive a call back from a manager, and still no call. When I called I found out, Jose put in his notes we declined to get anything fixed. So basically he created another problem, and lied on documents to scam us out of money. Please RUN FAR away from this company.
