Horrible horrible horrible company!! Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! It is a scam of a Chinese company. I ordered a wool jacket from them at the beginning of September. They charged my account and it was supposed to be shipped within 2 to 7 days. By the end of October, They still hadnt shipped it. So I emailed them and told them to cancel the order and give me my money back. They emailed me back saying that yes they would refund my money. Then when I didn’t hear anything from them again, I emailed them again, and they said, oh, sorry, we already shipped your jacket. (like three weeks after they told me they would give me my money back )It is now the end of November, and I still don’t have a jacket. They gave me some phony tracking number that does not work. I am fighting with my credit card company to get my money back, but it is a hassle! Because they keep responding back to the credit card company and prolonging the process. They are a fraud!!!!
