Today, October 7, 2022, after begging for help for 4 business days (according to them the other days were outside office hours), through Facebook Messenger, Facebook Comments, Instagram Posts, Instagram DM, Email, the App, and with the consul assigned to me, they have finally canceled the subscription.I am writing this, to let people know at least they are not scammers, but this experience has been horrible. I should not be begging for help, and following up on my request every single day. For this reason, I will not change my review, but I am being honest, about them canceling the subscription. I will see if really I don’t get charged. Not good customer service.
