Total scam absolute nonsense BS scam. I’m surprised they’re even allowed to use the Capital One name. I’ve been getting emails that the company was purchased or purchased another company and my membership will expire in a month or so and I need to re-confirm and reactivate it when I followed all those steps it then asked me if I wanted to use my rewards so I tried to use the rewards that were in there on gift cards or whatever and then it insisted that I enter another credit card information as a backup just so they could debit $1 out. What kind of nonsense is it this is my primary Bank why in the world will they need me to answer enter a credit card. Total scam illegal scam I’m surprised they’re not being shut down.
