Please do not waste your money on this so-called eraser. It doesn’t work like the way they advertised, actually it’s worse than shaving. I bought it since I do wax and I thought it will be quicker and easier, but no, it was giving me burning and rashes on my legs. Not to mention, their customer service is totally a scam, and their website says 30-day hassle free return which is a complete lie by this so called bleame. I have requested a refund and then this customer service rep called Ann started to giving me so many excuses, like a gift card or half refund, I mean I literally do not like your products, just give me the return address so that I can return and get a refund. Then they stopped replying once I decline their gift card offer and asked for a return address. Finally, I filed a complaint and case with PayPal and then bleame replied to me with a return address. I have sent the item back, it’s almost over five days and now they are telling me that I will get my refund in 25 days, can you imagine? It’s been over a month; I still haven’t got my refund even after returning the item. I recommendation is, do not ever buy and let everyone know that they are scam and report their insta page too.
