I finished my last payment today and went to unlock my funds. I cant believe there is a charge of £30 to access your own savings. This was not mentioned when I signed up and was supposed to be helping build my credit score. The fact this was not mentioned and had to find out when unlocking my savings make it a scam!Stay awayMy Reply:I have logged into the loqbox portal several times over the last 12 months and not once was I aware of the £30 Unlock until I was about to withdraw my money. My credit rating hasn’t even improved! Waste of time and £30!If I opened up a current account myself with Santander I would receive £130 from them direct! Why would I let your company reap the benefits.
