I paid $5 to ask a question on this rip off site & got a notice from my bank that $34 was being taken out for a membership. I did not ask for this membership, this website is a scam. There are was no other information on this site stating that you will be charged additional fees. Your customer service representatives suck & needs to learn to handle ALL customer issues with care. I want my $34 back now!
