Bought 2 tickets for simply red for February 2022, paid about £350, way above the cost. Got confirmation but never received the tickets. Went to the o2 London thinking that the tickets were on my phone or at the ticket office! Girl at ticket office said I was scammed, said Viagogo are a scam ticket company. Thing is I’ve used them before and was all good. Tried to get a refund. Was promised my money back and extra for inconvenience. Never received it, sent email after email and the same generic message returned. They have now deleted my Simply Red purchase from my orders list on my account even though I have a snap shot of it on my phone. Do not use even if it looks good. They should be shut down and banned from the UK
