The company is a complete scam and does not disclose that they don’t have full access for all available seats on trains. I recently used them to reserve train seats in Korea for the high speed bullet train from Jeonju to Seoul and the only option they had were from a neighboring city. They advertise and pretend that they have comprehensive access to all seat availability and so I ended up booking and buying the tickets. Lo and behold, we ended up at the train station early to get a commuter train to that neighboring city and the ticketing agent was amazed that we’d want to transfer when there were direct routes that were still plentiful and available. There mark up is significant as well. They charged me $81 USD for tickets when the the direct route tickets cost a mere $60. Do not use this service at all – they are not a good aggregator and you’ll end up wasting your precious vacation time – time you can’t ever get back. Especially on vacation you need to be extra careful with time so why bother using this company when you automatically know you aren’t getting the best deal and all the offerings that are available. Don’t waste your time or money on using these services.
