I’ve always been wondering why my client are not willing to use OVH to host servers despite my suggestion and low prices, until this blackfriday I’ve saw some deals and decided to host few personal startup projects here, drama started instantly.after confusing long steps, tried to add payment method 3 card 6 times… there was error in their gateways none could process the 3D pin, ended up using card under paypal, everything went fine.then they started asking documents which I did provide ID/Bill even copy of the card itself…. kept responding to ping pong emails not realizing how ridiculous it’s delaying the whole project and wasting my time. here I’m writing so you don’t fall in the same rabbit hole. I’ve been using the same cards/paypal etc. over the years ordering cloud and dedicated servers withing few minutes from other providers, if you ask my advise, DON’T waste your time, their support and validation is like submitting for a domain name in 1998.order number CS6765573—-Update: after this they closed the account which was legit under my company name and domain, and held the money for 14 business days too.I propose a new name for their fraud team : Anti Customers, and hundreds of similar reviews here are the proof for that. Worst support team I’ve seen in my 11 years of experience.
