If I could give 0 stars I would. I am writing to the BBB and the state attorney general of California to report this company. I suggest everyone with a complaint do the same and let’s get this company shut down. Haha or DONE! I actually had an appt with Tshaun Grant on Nov 1 (after cancellations and then appt settings, then canceled again) and she told me she was leaving the company. This was all after REAPETED attempts to make an appt, being told there was no provider in my area? None of the portals worked, constantly being told to make an appt, yet no portals worked. A total SCAM! Write to BBB. This company needs to be put out of business.
