NEVER EVER use this company. I had tickets to sell for F1 – I could not go due to critical illness in family. My tickets we worth Euro 1400. I uploaded tickets and was told they had been sold only much later ( hrs before F1 event) that the ticket sale had fallen through. This scam of a company even had the audacity to take money off my credit card £200 + saying they had to reimburse buyer ! I absolutely know my tickets were used at the F1 event . I am seeking legal advice over this. I had contacted their customer service so many times but it was nothing short of a sham. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS !!!!!
