How this company can still exist is beyond reason. They are scammers, fraudsters and any other synonyms of the worst kind. Giving them even 1-star is being generous…During October 2022, my parent-in-law googled for a flight to New York and thought they’d found a good flight with KLM via TravelLink. They tried to book the flight and when it came to the payment after approving the payment via the bank, the TravelLink website said the payment failed and to try again. So they tried again, and on the second try the payment succeeded. However, later checking with the bank both payments were successful and money withdrawn twice. Trying to contact TravelLink is impossible, no response for weeks. And no way to cancel the payments or flights.Eventually they managed to contact TravelLink and they very unhelpful and said it was impossible to cancel the flight or refund any of the two payments as it was already processed by KLM, so could only get back a minimal amount. Contacting KLM directly shows no record of any flights booked, so TravelLink are just being scammers and keeping both payments.The bank can’t help as their records show that both payments were approved, even though TravelLink said one payment failed.They are totally scammers and should be avoided at all costs!!! There is special place in hell for TravelLink!
