Bought an Ipad 2 from this sight. Advert was misleading and did mention that as operating system ios09 cannot be upgraded the ipad is virtually obsolete and certainly not fit for purpose. Quoted Consumers’ Rights Act to them they referred me to the Merchant who claims liabilty is with Discount Expertsas they are responsible for the advert. getting the run around CAVEAT EMPER – A COMPLETE RIP OFF. ASKED THEM WHY FRAUDULENT ADD STILL RUNNING NO ANSWER!
