    Scamming both parents and caregivers. Constantly chatting them and they give me the run around. Now they’re charging sitters by taking cuts in bookings. Over charging parents for a platform that is extremely confusing. Have proof on proof on proof of both these issues. Care will say the same automated responses.Charging a service fee is new. Where was this announced? I see several bookings I did and no service fees.Also, I’ve been trying to contact since Monday. Goes to show. So ya’ll took cash payment options off the site, only accept online payments for bookings so you can charge sitters AND parents? AND you don’t force parents to pay even though your only option is getting paid through the site?
