Scam! My laptop was locked and somehow they were the only ones that could unlock it. They told me it would cost me a dollar. Then they charged me an additional $55 which I didn’t know until I checked my credit card. If I hadn’t caught it they intended for that to be a monthly fee. How did they lock my laptop? This can’t be legal! Is there some place I can report them?
