Absolutely disgusting scamming company. Myself and my cousin have both charged this week. Ive just had a look for for the CEO email address and lo and behold it’s not listed. I’ve managed to email the CEO of O2 and Virgin Media this last month with no issues and resolved everything promptly. This just makes me feel this is even more worried about how much they have scammed off the public!!
