They are scamming people. In the beginning they were very quick on replying my chat but once I paid for the service, they dont care. i texted through all their numbers and none of their agents were able to reply, they could read but leave me on read. This was very disrespectful and an act of scam, i ended up cancelling my trip and i am ready to sue them once i get in Dubai!!!
