Faud and scam -Course HeroBe careful ! This course hero is totally fraud business ! I purchased the services which indicated that “44.99 to Unlock 20 Documents or ask tutor questions” However , they just unlocked the documents and cannot ask tutor questions! I made a complaint, first they said cannot find my payment and asked me to submit proof. I used Apple pay, they insisted me to have the invoice , it seems they are incapable to check back if you paid. Anyway , I provided the invoice, and sent numerous email to them and they just keep sending me the below generic message.I have tried to request for refund from Apple pay , and that just refused,I will report to the authorities of this scam.
