Complete scam. I was charged £50 odd pounds last year and £119 this year. When I checked on the site it is switched off and wouldn’t allow me to switch it on. Try as you may (which is exactly how they say you can cancel on this site) none of the emails go to a monitored site. For all I know it has never worked and cost me about £172 approx which as a pensioner I can ill afford to waste!
