************SCAM ALERT***********12/2/2022I was trying to make a reservation with the Hiltons, somehow ended up with GETAROOM. You’re not able to see the total amount that your card will be charged and that there’s not a refund until the reservation has been made. What kind of SCAM is this? The FTC, BBB, our state senators and house of representatives is going to be notified about GETAROOM policies. The amount after the reservation was made was $80 more than expected with a service fee over $112.61 Refund me my entire amount $389.35. The scammers working there wouldn’t even let me speak to a manager or refund me immediately. Guess what….. I work for TG….a House of Representatives member. I will let him know on Monday and I’m giving them 3 business days then I’m going to Social Media and others. I’m mad as fire.
