Twigcard

Absolute scam. They expect you to do things properly and they can’t do the same. If you’re selling something for example a little black dress by Guess, they ask for so many pics including the labels and sizes and washing instructions etc. Based off this they give you an estimated sale value (c£4 for mine). I accepted and after I sent the dress it went through quality control but they rejected it and don’t tell me why. I mean £4 for that via pics and the effort to post and I don’t even get a rejection reason? Ghosting culture has really caught on everywhere. Anyway don’t use twig – I mean even the fact that they advertise so much is a red flag or amber at least. I ended up selling the dress a few weeks later for £22 on eBay. Additionally terrible customer service and I’ve waited almost a year for the so called card.
