THIS IS A SCAM!! You think you have gone to a company’s customer support page, but then you get reeled in to this Just Answer site before you have any chance to speak with the original company. Shame on all the companies who use this as their “technical support”!!! I ended up paying for “Just Answer” answer that made no sense. Got no refund and now if I click on the $1 scheme, they charge me close to $80 to use the service because I was a prior customer!!! Bad bad—-
