Patrick in customer service made this experience easy and successful. I was worried about being ripped off after reading reviews saying this was a scam. Patrick quickly relived me of that fear. He worked with me, made phone calls to my pharmacy, and acted as an liason between the Dr and I. He also took the time to go through my insurance company to get the medication approved, he did all this within an hour.I have NOT had a problem with communication. I send an email and get a call back or text within 24 hours.
