So I have had a letter from a debt collection agency Arvato for £27. I had a confirmation email from Bienvenido Jr Salvado on 31/10/2022 confirming that the contract and domains had been cancelled and will not receive future invoices.Now, I have a debt collection agency chasing me for the money even though it has been cancelled. The crazy thing being this isn’t the first time, I made clear previously that I do not want anything to do with Ionos as they are a scam and here we go again. Please delete all my data.
