Terrible company – scammers do not book with them. My partner and me booked a night in a good 4 star hotel in London as we wanted to treat ourselves with a special experience. The deal with Agoda said breakfast and dinner included in price so we booked. Big mistake when confirmation came through no meals included so phoned hotel – no record of booking. A stressful week later Hotel confirmed room but no dinner as they said they never offer that to booking companies so Agoda tell lies 🤬🤬
