SCAM! BEWARE!!!!They pose as a hotel site, they refuse to adjust reservation due to their site glitch, refuse to refund the booking fee despite cancelling the reservation and hotel policies being completely different from theirs. Don’t fall for all those replies here that they sent an email with a resolution. Their resolution is: we won’t refund you. They are just trying to gaslight everyone with these canned messages.
