I placed my order and entered the discount code yet when I hit submit it didn’t register it. My card was billed immediately though. I called the number to request the credit and the phone # doesn’t work. I emailed several times to no avail. Unfortunately after reviewing the BBB site it seems your firm is accustomed to this type of service and seems like a scam. I have emailed requesting a full refund. Waiting to hear back before I contact the BBB.
