Purchased a tent back in August, was given a tracking number…showed it was delivered…called the courier company they said item was delivered to an address about 30 mins away from mine with a different name on the package. Emailed Novelty they resent another order it’s been excuse after excuse I’ve been requesting for a refund but nothing sent back to me..they say item is in NZ and expect 38days for delivery???…they have really made me so mad…nothing but scamming liars…do not purchase from them!!
