Ordered a Smart Watch, received a empty metal box. Complained to Seller, requires me to return item, at my expense, to receive original purchase or refund. Costs of return, over $30. Demanded a full refund as advertised. Seller refused without returning wrong item. Offered 20% refund and keep item, Declined, Seller went as high as 65% but no higher. Due to return costs, choose 65%. This is nothing but a SCAM!
