I scheduled a first cleaning for yesterday. My cleaner Annette called 45 minutes after her scheduled time and said her car had been stolen from her apartment carport, and that she’d have to reschedule. She rescheduled for 8:30 a.m. this morning, never showed up. I tried calling the number she called from yesterday several times, it rings and then someone disconnects it. This company has no customer service number and their chat for help is offline. I immediately canceled my subscription, I’m a 60-year-old disabled woman who doesn’t appreciate being scammed! I’m filing a complaint with the BBB and we’ll go after them legally if they try to charge my account.
