THIS IS A SCAM. We all got scammed. I backed this project 5 months ago and after hearing nothing for ages I finally got my duvet, pillowcases, and towel after over 20 emails back and forth with their customer service team. The products are of terrible quality and the company has been deceitful in its marketing. THESE ARE NOT COOLING. The duvet is a cheap satin that has incredibly thin stuffing. The pillowcases are sateen feeling with terrible stitching, loose threads everywhere, and stitching that is coming undone. The supersoft towel is just a poor-quality microfiber towel. Now I can’t get the company to let me return the items that took 5 months to get to me because they don’t honor Kickstarter returns. This is absolutely ridiculous and I know I am not the only backer that has been scammed by this company. If they don’t honor our returns we may have a class action lawsuit on our hand’s backers.
