Ordered a dress for my birthday on 09/17 for a party I was having on 09/24. Waited all week, never even received a follow up email about my order. Sent emails regarding when it will ship and the merchant kept saying it’s ready. Well on 09/23 I asked for a refund because the item would not be here in time. They said no refund bc it’s processing. How do you process a order with no tracking number? Yea ok. Wake up today to see 09/30 my order is finally on the way. I don’t even need the dress anymore. I paid $40 for express shipping and that meant nothing. This is definitely a fraudulent business.Wish I would’ve read these reviews before ordering!
