Booked a car for 3 days in another city. Due to traffic and weather, we didn’t get to the agency before they closed. I went the next morning to get our car and was told there were no more cars and to contact rentalcars.com directly for a refund. They refused to issue me a refund and kept the full amount for the 3 day booking. SCAM!!!
