I placed order 33955010 and was debited on 31 October 2022. I was then given delivery estimate between 9-16 Nov 2022. It is now November 30th and I have received no update on tracking or delivery. I have contacted support on multiple occasions and get the same robotic responses each time. They all say “wait for tracking update” or “item will arrive soon”This is very concerning as you are scamming people with your price ranges online just to steal from them and keep there money. I purchased this item October 31st. It is a month later and I have nothing not even information on where my item is or when it will be delivered. I WANT A REFUND!
