If I could give less than one star I would. Website has no details other than an email. I paid £12 initially to then be told my phone was locked to the EE network which was total nonsense. I then stupidly followed another link saying I had to pay another £24 which I did as I was wanting the phone unlocked quickly. I then got an email saying it would take SEVEN DAYS…I told them to cancel and that was the last response I got despite numerous emails demanding a reply. So I’m down £35 and had no code to unlock the phone. I don’t like being scammed. Don’t care how much so I’ve dug deep and I’ve got all I need to report these scumbags.
