I guess I should have researched the companys consumer reviews first. But sounds like I’m one of many to be scammed. I was attracted to this company because I was looking for a bluetooth speakers and went online to search best Bluetooth speakers. Right away a i found a consumer test of 8 different companies including top names brands such as Bose,Sony,Samsung and other well known brands. This report seemed honest and could be. Due to they did have one negative remark about the premio speaker. It said stocks often run out and backorder. Lmao….now I know that is an understatement. I fell for the buy more discount more. Ordering x5 of the premio Boom series bluetooth speakers. Since it was rated as #1 in the test report. I made my order in the beginning of September 2022. It is now November 15th and still have not received my order. I have made several attempts to contact price daily. And always get the same notice that they are sorry for the backorders and will complete asap. Some times they say restock has arrived and your order will soon be completed. Wait over a week, no notice that order sent. So make email again for status update only to get the same original excuse that stocks ran out against. This same communication has repeated 4 times. Now I understand I’m the clown and the joke is on me.
