As the other reviews have pointed out, this company is very likely a scam. I ordered in Aug 2022 and have received the exact same nonsense “supply chain” excuse. Once I asked for a refund, they disappeared with no further contact. I would suggest we all submit official complaints to eccbelgium and to ccpc ie, as the web site says Belgium: 31 Rue de moncheret6280AcozBelgium120 Pixels SPRLVAT: BE0479150108but the charge comes from Ireland: STRIPE EEA- STEL AGGREGATIONTHE ONE BUILDING, GRAND CANAL STREET,DUBLIN2 I would also suggest reporting this company to the various scam alert portals on all social media platforms they advertise on. Unlikely to do much, however it’s something and we all need to continue to get the word out that this company is a scam.Lastly, the company email replies continuously fail domain authentication, which can indicate “spoofing.” Basically, telling you all you need to know about this company…
