Just had the same experience as others- ordered a raincoat that took weeks to arrive, and then what arrived was cheaply made and looked nothing like the photo. Got the same response about not ordering the expensive shipping insurance so the best they can do is refund 8% – what a scam! What kind of action can we take? This is criminal!
