Before, they were okay and offered reasonable prices. But since their pricing restructure in July 2022, they are now fraudulently charging me for more expensive shipping options without my consent. I had the least expensive option selected, but already for TWO packages they have charged me for FedEx Economy instead of FedEx International Connect, which costs DOUBLE. Do not use this company. Their shipping rate calculator is useless under these circumstances where they are ignoring your preferred shipping method and just charging you for whatever they want. Terrible customer service, they offered a “one time 20% discount” which does not nearly cover the excess charges incurred.
