Complete scam. Within 11 minutes of booking my appointment, I had $209 taken out of my bank account and my appointment “mysteriously” cancelled…then customer service all of a sudden had some 50% refund policy (that is stated NO WHERE on the website) + I was not even suppose to be charged before 48 hours in the first place. Complete scam, avoid at all costs.
