If I could give zero stars I would. I was supposed to fly to Sydney Australia in march 2020. When borders closed and flights were canceled, kiwi.com promised me they would help refund my flight. I have continued to call and follow up since then, wondering where in that process I was. Just last week, they emailed saying they will not refund me. They waited almost three years. No travel credits, nothing. Because they waited until now to give me this answer, but gave me false hope that they were helping me before, my bank can no longer help me dispute this charge and there is nothing they can do. This is illegal, a scam, and morally not right. I will never buy from this company again and highly recommend you don’t either.
