Airpaz need to review their refund process. when we apply for refund,there is a clause that states “ I agree to the terms and condition. it should be sufficient for the finance dept to process the refunds why must there be 2 more steps . this is time consuming and a technique to make it difficult to get refunds. Tooo many complaints and scams. I hope the customers complain to the police to review the customer complaints
