It’s a scam.The people giving it 5 stars are bots. It is against Scottish law to buy or sell land on a 3rd party website, and you don’t even end up owning the plot, someone else could have that same plot as you. The plot is 1sq foot for $200. You have to pay extra (after paying your $200) to get the piece of paper that says, “official lord/lady “. And finally, the website states that “owning land in Scottland historically gives you the title of lord or lady”, which is not true as you CAN NOT get an official title just by buying something, it is something you inherit.
