It was so infuriating to me. Although I am a new small to medium sized business, I am in regular business. All my documents are legal and compliant, but when I got paid by the customer for my first order, stripe blocked my account on the grounds that the order was unauthorised. I immediately submitted the order details and the fraud analysis on the platform, including the response from the platform’s customer service, which stated that the order was perfectly fine. However, stripe’s customer service only kept telling me that my account would be blocked and that I had no idea when the funds would be returned to the customer. Despite my numerous emails to them, they have stopped responding to me and their customer support is completely useless.
