Had almost £1,000 taken with a fraudulent Transaction, on Friday, since then I’ve been emailing them everyday and no reponse it’s now Monday evening, as a regulated bank I think it’s terrible that live chat and their number doesn’t work,So now I’m out of pocket of £1,000 without any guarantee they’ll refund or stop it, and due to go away on Friday. So I’m sure I now won’t have a card to use when I go away.
