I’ve used lens.com for a few years. They are not a scam but they do have not-so-clear fees and their rebate system is a joke. The ONLY reason I continue to use them is that even without the rebate, they have been the cheapest retailer for my particular contacts. For the first few years the rebate would arrive in about 6 weeks. For my most recent order placed July 2022, I still haven’t received my rebate almost 6 months out (still shows as processing). The contacts do generally arrive as scheduled. Shop around by loading your cart just until you submit to compare prices (note cart price vs after rebate price). Buy accordingly.
