Paid $72 US Dollars to have phone unlocked. Received an email saying phone cannot be unlocked, but they were giving me a $22 future credit because of this. I don’t want a credit for future use; I want a full refund of what was paid. I will not pay for a service I did not receive. Charging someone for a service and not delivering that service then refusing to provide a refund is called fraud and theft by deception. If I did this as an individual to someone else I could be arrested.
