They literally stole money from me and will not offer any support. My package said it was delivered and I didn’t get it. No big deal, I live in an apartment and this stuff is bound to happen. I reached out to them for help about it and they made me jump through all these hoops to contact the post office, did it. Obtain a case number. Did it. Contact the local police department. Did it and they couldn’t do anything about it unless I could provide who I thought stole it. After adhearing to all of their requests they STILL refused to help me and just closed out the ticket. They do not pay attention to the customers and just use the same scripted messages over and over. They are a scam honestly.
