SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! BEWARE!Booked our flights on 10/2021 I had to cancel 11/2021 gotogate said non refundable only open tickets. They sent me an email confirming 18mos open tickets. I called after summer holiday to make sure I still have open tickets and sure customer service said it’s good for 18mos from purchase. WOWWW to my surprise when I was ready to rebook, gotogate is now saying that the email was incorrect and it’s open tickets is only 12mos valid!!! 1. If information was incorrect why no one emailed to amend 2. They will keep promising to escalate case but they really won’t try their hardest to resolve any issues.3. No email. No communication.BASICALLY SAYING I PAID $1,800 FOR NOTHING!!!!! SCAMMER ALERT!
